REFUND POLICY

Exchange Terms

Our store does not offer refunds; however, we are pleased to provide a lifetime exchange policy for your jewelry. Exchanges and replacements will be done within 30 days.
 

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition, including the diamonds, gold, or metal components. Any wear, damage, or missing parts not due to our error may result in a reduction in exchange value.


Exchanges are available for the following items:

  • Jewelry purchased from our store with diamonds, gold, or other metals.
     

Items not eligible for exchange:

  • Gifts or vouchers.

  • Customized or engraved jewelry.

  • Items returned without proper proof of purchase.


Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at hello@soliradiamonds.com with your proof of purchase and details of the jewelry you wish to exchange. Shipping of the old jewelry to our store must be arranged and paid for by the customer.

Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or adjustment of the exchange value. The exchange value includes:

  • 100% of the diamond price of the old jewelry.

  • Current market value of gold or metal at the time of exchange.
     

Please note that making charges and GST are not included in the exchange value and must be paid by the customer for the new purchase.
 

Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with sending the old jewelry to us. These costs are non-refundable. If the new item requires shipping, additional shipping charges may apply.
 

For items over ₹6,000, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking.
 

Gift Items

If the jewelry was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, an exchange credit equivalent to the value of your returned jewelry will be issued. The credit can be used for a future purchase.
 

If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, any exchange credit will be issued to the gift giver.
 

Lifetime Exchange Policy

Return Policy

We have a 7 days return policy. Approved refunds upon verification after receipt will be processed and credited within 15 days.
